孟璇,博士,毕业于天津大学药物科学与技术学院,现任天津科技老员工物工程学院,硕士生导师,现代产业学院教研室副主任,讲师。

以药剂学为学科基础,研究新型药物递送系统在疾病诊疗中的应用。
[1] 应答响应型药物递送系统
致力于肿瘤微环境调控的智能纳米药物递送系统,包括高分子纳米胶束、无机-有机杂化载体、脂质体、水凝胶等。
[2] 新型生物材料的研究
通过药学、化学、生物学、食品科学与纳米医学等手段,研究新型纳米材料在生物领域的应用,用于疾病防治与诊疗。

[1] 国家自然科学基金青年项目:具有低皮肤光毒性的声动力学抗癌纳米递送系统,2022-2024;主持。
[2] 国家自然科学基金面上项目:应答型纳米载体增敏ACSL4缺失肿瘤细胞的程序性铁死亡研究,2020-2023;参与。
主要学术成果
致力于肿瘤微环境调控的智能纳米载体及刺激响应型生物材料的研究,以药剂学为背景依托,在调控肿瘤微环境、改善肿瘤细胞耐药性与氧自由基疗法增强抗肿瘤疗效等方面取得了一定的成果,已发表高水平论文10余篇,累计影响因子>100。发表的主要学术论文有:
