[1] 工业酶制剂的开发及应用:芽孢杆菌、毕赤酵母等底盘细胞的改造,高效表达系统构建,酶的发酵工艺优化,酶的应用技术开发。
[2] 功能糖和功能蛋白的微生物与酶法合成:应用代谢调控策略,构建高效合成低聚糖、功能蛋白等目标产物的微生物细胞工厂,建立产物的分离提取技术和质量评价体系。
